We offer a refund or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of product receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • It must be in resalable (new) condition, free from damage, wear, or any signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from Bee Group LLC. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Before shipping any item back, you must contact our customer support team at info@website.com or +123-456-7890 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide Details: Be prepared to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return shipping instructions.

Important Notes & Exceptions

  • Restocking Fee: Returns initiated after 14 days from product receipt are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
  • Defective Items: Restocking fees are waived for items found to be defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same product only.
  • Items Not Sold by Bee Group LLC: We only accept returns and exchanges for items directly purchased and sold by Bee Group LLC.
  • Final Sale Items: Please note that All E-Liquid Hardware & Cartridges are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).
